目的
本私隐政策(「本私隐政策」)描述当阁下透过 DayDay Earn(「本公司」、「我们」或「我方」)之网站提供阁下之资料或当阁下使用我们所提供之服务(定义见下文)时,我们就收集、使用、披露及保留阁下资料之政策及程序。我们在提供服务时遵守可能适用于处理个人资料之法律法规。我们极为谨慎地保护服务使用者(「阁下」)之个人资料及私隐,并根据本私隐政策处理阁下之个人资料。

定义
本私隐政策中所有已定义词汇均具有本节或该等词汇首次定义之章节中赋予之涵义。表示单数之定义在复数使用时具有相应涵义,反之亦然。

阁下个人资料之披露
提供服务 ‒ 本公司将与阁下申请工作分配之业务伙伴分享阁下之个人资料。
商业交易 ‒ 如本公司涉及合并、收购或资产出售,阁下之个人资料可能被转让。我们将在阁下之个人资料被转让并受不同私隐政策约束前提供通知。

存取及更正阁下之个人资料
阁下可要求存取我们持有之关于阁下之个人资料或有关我们如何使用或披露阁下个人资料之资料。阁下亦可透过向下文提供之联络详情之我们资料保护主任提交书面或电邮要求,要求更正或更新阁下之个人资料。
我们将尽快回应阁下之要求。如我们无法在收到阁下要求后三十(30)日内回应阁下之要求,我们将在三十(30)日内以书面通知阁下我们能够回应阁下要求之时间。如我们无法向阁下提供任何个人资料或作出阁下要求之更正,我们一般将告知阁下我们无法如此行事之原因(除非我们在相关个人资料保护法律下无需如此行事)。

保留阁下之个人资料
本公司将从阁下帐户注册起保留阁下之个人资料及使用资料,直至为向阁下作为注册用户提供我们服务、遵守法律义务、解决争议及执行我们协议所必需为止。
本公司将停止保留阁下之个人资料及已识别使用资料,或移除可将资料与阁下关联之方式,一旦删除阁下之帐户及当合理假设该等资料保留不再服务于收集个人资料及已识别使用资料之目的,且不再为法律义务或业务目的所必需时。为免生疑问,本公司将保留阁下之个人资料及使用资料(如适用)七(7)年,由阁下与本公司最后完成工作分配之日期起计,以遵守适用税务法律、监管要求及法律义务。
本公司亦将保留去识别化使用资料作内部分析用途。

转移阁下之个人资料

DayDay Earn Privacy Policy

Purpose

This Privacy Policy ("this Privacy Policy") describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information when you provide your information through the website of DayDay Earn ("the Company", "we" or "us") or when you use the services we provide (as defined below). We comply with laws and regulations that may apply to the processing of personal data when providing our services. We take great care to protect the personal data and privacy of users of our services ("you") and process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use your personal data to provide and improve our services. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is provided in English and Traditional Chinese. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Traditional Chinese version, the English version shall prevail and be binding.

If we are unable to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of receiving your request, we will notify you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or make the correction you have requested, we will generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (unless we are not required to do so under the relevant personal data protection laws).

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your personal data and Usage Data from the time of your account registration until it is necessary to provide our services to you as a registered user, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Company will cease to retain your personal data and identified Usage Data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, once your account is deleted and when it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data and identified Usage Data were collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will retain your personal data and Usage Data (as applicable) for seven (7) years from the date of your last completed work assignment with the Company to comply with applicable tax laws, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations.

The Company will also retain de-identified Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Your information, including personal data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that such information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your region, state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
