Job Description

You will: - Identify opportunities to help large financial institutions embrace digital assets. - Relentlessly prospect for your territory, and create a lucrative book of business. - Develop a deep understanding of your customer's business and be able to Identify business drivers behind all opportunities - Structure, negotiate and close new deals - Identify strategic partners to expand reach within certain markets - Be resourceful when challenged and find a path to win - Develop, forecast, qualify, quantify and deliver against your prospect pipeline - Have a plan for the necessary steps to gain customer delight and close business - Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging capitalizing on market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more. - Identify customer pain points and help inform our product roadmaps. You Are: - A fast learner, problem solver and can craft and deliver compelling narratives in real-time. - have 6+ years experience solving customers' challenges, structuring and closing deals. - Delivered 1M+ sales goals with an average deal size of $100k+ - Deep understanding of financial markets and an interest in cryptocurrencies and digital assets. - Trusted advisor with a strong network within the financial services industry - Solid knowledge of regulatory drivers, and their impact on financial services. - Enjoy a fast paced environment where you can operate independently and create your own success. - Experienced in selling into large financial institutions with the ability to forge new relationships and win new business - Systematic in your approach: challenger sale or MEDDICC - Able to work remote and travel as required Why you should apply: - Unparalleled opportunities to help build a world class sales team. - 100% remote - We are focused on excellence and execution.
