We are looking for a Community Manager (Korea) who will be work closely with Penrose Growth team and be responsible to drive community growth of ARPA Network and Bella Protocol in Korea specifically. Job responsibilities: Manage the official Korean community on Telegram and Twitter; Frequently post messages, interact with Telegram members, install bots, and take other necessary actions to keep the channel active and with a positive vibe; Frequently post Tweets (mostly to translate the main account Tweets into Korean), and interact with followers; Assist Penrose Growth team in establishing contacts with Korean blockchain KOLs or community partners, and help to coordinate for potential collaboration (e.g. do AMAs or other types of events); occasionally act as a translator in the events; Organize small social media events within our Korean group to attract new joiners and reactivate existing members. Desired skills and qualifications: Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Web3 related community management, or similar experience (e.g. planning campus events, running student organizations, managing social media accounts, etc); Native in Korean and fluent in English, able to communicate with users in real-time; Have a captivating, patient, and friendly presence in the community channels; Team player who is responsive, stress resilient, and has high emotional intelligence; Ability to learn fast, need to study basic blockchain knowledge. Remarks: This position is fully remote and accommodates both full-time and part-time commitments in alignment with our operational requirements.
