Job Description
工作内容：
1.负责组建和管理测试团队，规划和分配测试任务，并对测试人员的工作进行监督和指导。
2.负责制定测试计划、测试用例和测试方案，进行测试执行，并对测试结果进行评估和分析。
3.负责搭建测试环境、维护测试工具，并根据公司业务需求调整和优化测试流程和工具。
4.负责与产品、开发和运营等部门的沟通和协调，确保测试进度和测试质量的达成。
5.负责对团队成员进行培训和技术支持，提高团队的技术水平和工作效率。
6.参与公司的项目管理和产品开发流程，为项目提供测试和技术支持。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
2.8年以上软件测试经验，3年以上测试管理经验，有完整的测试流程管理经验。
3.熟悉测试工具和自动化测试技术，熟悉测试方法和标准，具有软件开发和测试技术背景。
4.有比较强的沟通、协作和团队管理能力，能够有效组织和调动团队成员。
5.有较好的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速准确定位问题，并提出解决方案。
6.热爱测试工作，有积极的学习和提升动力，能够适应高压力和快速变化的工作环境。
