Job Description

岗位职责： 1. 负责组织实施运维体系建设，包括不限于业务连续性保障建设、安全体系建设、运维架构建设、监控体系建设、机房基础设施体系建设等； 2. 组织落实推广Devops理念及工程实践，在各技术部门落地实施，不断提升开发及运维效率； 3. 负责制定及完善各类运维管理制度、流程、规范，并积极推动落实实施； 4. 负责公司办公网络、办公自动化、IT技术支持等工作； 5. 负责IT运维日常工作管理及审计、负责安全工作审计工作； 6. 负责IT技术团队管理、员工成长及绩效提升。任职要求： 1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，英语良好； 2. 从事运维管理工作3年以上，从事系统及应用运维工作8年以上； 3. 熟悉Linux 的各种相关工具进行 CPU 性能、内存、网络、存储的故障分析和调优； 4. 熟悉主流公有云平台(AWS, Azure), 熟悉使用相关的配置操作, 具有丰富的系统上云经验； 5. 熟悉 Kubernetes 的基本架构和主要应用场景，有基于Kubernates的大型微服务系统的经验； 6. 熟悉Mysql/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RocketMQ/S3/Minio等数据库和中间件(三项以上)； 7. 熟悉各种系统和基础设施自动化安装部署/配置/发布管理工具，如 Ansible Terraform Jenkins等； 8. 熟悉 Prometheus 、Grafana 等开源监控工具, 有平台建设经验优先； 9. 熟悉 Git/Gitlab，了解DevOps 和 CI/CD 流程中的各主要环节。
