岗位职责： 1. 独立地按照设计来开发和交付文档； 2. 为公司业务系统制作概念性的、如何使用的，以及API规范性的文件； 3. 与我们的产品解决方案团队和开发部门紧密合作； 4. 调查客户的信息需求，并制定适当的信息解决方案； 5. 不断加强信息架构，优化产品信息的易用性； 6. 调查客户的反馈，并针对反馈制定解决方案，从而提高产品信息质量。任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电子信息、计算机科学、软件或相关专业； 2. 3年以上技术领域或类似领域的工作经验，其中2年以上技术写作经验； 3. 有Gitbook、Readme、Medium等工具使用经验的优先考虑； 4. 有使用UML工具的经验者优先； 5. 优秀的中英文写作和口语能力，优秀的沟通能力； 6. 有甲方技术文档写作经历。
