⚫ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ⚫ At least 4 years of experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions and applications. ⚫ Experience in training and customer relationship. ⚫ Experience in process management. ⚫ Experience in ticketing, support and SLA. ⚫ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ⚫ Strong leadership and mentorship skill. ⚫ Ability to produce innovative ideas on applications and solutions.
