HR Director

Job responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's human resources planning and strategy to promote Organization Development; Responsible for the management of HR modules such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, Performance Mangement, and employee relations; Establish and improve the company's Human Resource Planning system and process to improve management efficiency; Organize and implement the Employee Career Development Plan to promote employee training and development; Responsible for company culture construction and create a good corporate culture atmosphere; Handle employee complaints and labor disputes to maintain harmonious employee relations; Participate in major personnel decisions of the company and provide human resources support and advice to the company's management. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Planning, Business Administration or related field; Have 5-8 years of experience in Human Resource Planning, with at least 3 years of experience in management positions. Familiar with national labor laws and regulations and the operation process of each module of Human Resource Planning; Have good communication and coordination skills and team leadership skills; Have strategic thinking and be able to develop human resources strategies according to the company's development needs; Strong sense of responsibility, with good professional ethics and service awareness. Able to converse in Chinese and English
