Operations Director

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead Earn and Fiat operations on our crypto exchange platform. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with operational expertise, collaborating closely with product and technology teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Product Line Leadership: Define strategic direction and operational efficiency for Fiat business lines; align operations with product goals. - Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and user experience; implement innovations in Fiat operations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and other departments to ensure smooth integration and coordination. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team; foster continuous improvement and professional growth. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance for Fiat transactions and implement robust risk management strategies to protect user assets. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, MBA, or related field. - Proven experience as a product manager or strong product-thinking background. - In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency operations, particularly within exchanges. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and tech teams. - Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and enhance user experience. - Leadership experience within a crypto exchange or fintech environment preferred.
