数据分析师 / Data Analyst 工作地点：Remote / Location: Remote 职位描述 / Job Description: 1. 业务分析与机会挖掘 / Business Analysis & Opportunity Identification: 深入理解业务驱动因素，结合公司的业务经营分析体系，识别并挖掘潜在的业务机会点，推动业务优化与迭代。定期与业务团队合作，共同评估关键业务指标，优化业务流程。 Deeply understand the business drivers, identify and explore potential business opportunities by aligning with the company's operational analysis framework, and drive business optimization and iteration. Collaborate with business teams to regularly assess key performance indicators and optimize processes. 2. 需求理解与数据处理 / Understanding Requirements & Data Processing: 快速准确理解业务需求，通过精确的数据抓取、清洗和加工，结合专业的分析方法和技术，产出高质量的分析报告。通过沉淀分析思路与框架，为战略决策提供数据支持。 Quickly and accurately understand business requirements, efficiently gather, clean, and process data. Utilize professional analytical methods to generate high-quality reports, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. 3. 数据可视化与报告 / Data Visualization & Reporting: 负责分析衍生品市场数据，将复杂的业务问题与数据发现转化为简单易懂的可视化报告，提出可操作性的建议，供运营团队和高层决策参考。 Responsible for analyzing derivative market data, converting complex business issues and data insights into simple, easy-to-understand visual reports, and providing actionable recommendations for operational teams and executives. 4. 埋点与运营数据管理 / Tagging & Operational Data Management: 负责相关的埋点工作及运营需求的执行，包括数据清洗、指标聚合、标签创建等。根据需求，协作产品团队设计和实现运营后台的数据逻辑和监控系统。 Responsible for tagging and operational data tasks, including data cleaning, metric aggregation, and tag creation. Collaborate with the product team to design and implement backend data logic and monitoring systems based on requirements. 5. 跨部门协作与支持 / Cross-functional Collaboration & Support: 与产品、技术及运营团队紧密合作，推动数据驱动的决策过程，确保数据分析与业务目标一致。定期提供业务反馈，改进数据架构与分析模型。 Work closely with product, technology, and operational teams to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular feedback and help refine data architecture and analysis models. 任职资格 / Qualifications: 6. 教育背景 / Educational Background: 统计学、数学、经济学、计算机等相关专业背景。至少2年数据分析或相关领域的工作经验。 A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. 7. 数据分析能力 / Data Analysis Skills: 对数据分析充满热情，具有较强的好奇心和探索精神，能够主动发现并深入解决业务问题。 Passionate about data analysis, with strong curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, able to independently identify and address business issues. 8. 技术能力 / Technical Skills: 精通SQL，能够高效编写和优化查询。熟练使用Hive、Spark、Python、R等数据分析工具。 Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries efficiently. Skilled in using data analysis tools such as Hive, Spark, Python, R, etc. 9. 行业知识 / Industry Knowledge: 熟悉金融衍生品市场和相关业务系统，了解衍生品的交易结构、风险管理和市场动态。 Familiar with the derivative market and related business systems, understanding the trading structures, risk management, and market dynamics of derivatives. 10. 区块链知识 / Blockchain Knowledge: 有区块链金融及其业务模式的相关知识者优先，能理解区块链技术与金融领域的结合及应用场景。 Knowledge of blockchain finance and related business models is preferred, with an understanding of how blockchain technology integrates with the finance industry. 11. 经验背景 / Experience Background: 在类似金融科技、衍生品交易或区块链金融公司中从事过数据分析相关工作者优先。 Experience in data analysis roles within similar financial technology, derivative trading, or blockchain finance companies is preferred. 12. 沟通与协作能力 / Communication & Collaboration Skills: 良好的沟通能力，能够清晰表达复杂数据分析结果，协调各方需求，推动项目进展。 Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex data analysis findings, coordinate requirements across teams, and drive project progress. 优先考虑 / Preferred: ● 有金融衍生品交易分析、区块链金融应用分析经验者优先。 Experience in derivative trading analysis or blockchain finance applications is a plus. ● 具备自动化数据分析、机器学习模型或深度学习应用经验者更受欢迎。 Experience in automated data analysis, machine learning models, or deep learning applications is highly preferred.
