Your Responsibilities Include • Recruit, build and manage a global marketing team • Contribute to developing brand positioning and narrative through detailed user research and market understanding • Develop complete marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness and loyalty, and drive organic user growth • Build up and grow the community • Source and identify target channel for growth, connect with potential influencers, community partners, regional leaders, advocates, as well as mainstream Web3/crypto media • Oversee and manage strong execution of all areas of marketing such as content creation, earned and paid digital channels, PR, social, community engagement, events, and etc • Lead the operation of Twitter, Instagram and other necessary social media platforms and own the OKRs/KPIs Successful Candidate Would Have • 5+ years of proven work experience in marketing role within the web3, blockchain, gamefi/game, or general tech startup industries • Familiar with Twitter, Instagram and Facebook marketing • Terrific storytelling and innovation, with extensive experience in content creation, socials and PR • Insight into effective Web3 and Web2 marketing and community-building best practices • Solid knowledge and great interest in crypto and particularly web3 world • Capability of both cultivating a collaborative team and rolling up the sleeves to dive into by himself/herself Working at Ascendant, You Would • Work and grow with a talented, passionate, and transparent Web3 start-up • Stay at the forefront of a revolution, as we fundamentally believe what we are doing is relating Web3 to everyone’s daily life and intriguing more people to BUIDL, and therefore growing Web3 and transforming our society for the better • Face and solve fast moving, challenging and unique problems • Experience leading a community team and understand the culture • Have flexible working schedules and choice for remote working, once passing the probation • Competitive package + Token Options
