About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Customer Support team, which is in charge of end-to-end supporting 2B/2C clients. Interested? Keep on reading!
What you’ll be working on:
Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
Providing timely and accurate information about our platform, services, and market trends.
Troubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
Developing and delivering educational materials to help clients understand our platform features and best practices.
Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

About you:
Proven experience in a client success or customer support role in the crypto industry for at least 2 years.
Experience with handling tech-related requests (for example, previous experience with API trading, checking backlogs, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent or bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese (additional languages are a plus).
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge about trading and familiarity with using the most popular crypto exchanges.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency industry will be a plus.
Willing to work closely with the APAC Growth Team.
