Job Responsibilities: 1.Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan; 2.Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc; 3.Work with growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume; 4.Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters; 5.Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis; 6.Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.   Job Requirements: 1.Fluent in local language to communicate with local counterparts; 2.Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry; 3.Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community; 4.Familiar with Social Media Channels.
