Job Description

Job responsibilities include: • Ability to establish and manage the official game community on Discord and Twitter; • Frequently post messages, interact with players, and use bots to carry out activities and distribute rewards on Discord; • Host a six-month-long UGC event, allowing users to participate in co-creating the product; • Expand the community to other media platforms and grow the community team (recruit moderators etc) for effective management after the product launch. Desired skills and qualifications: • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate with users in real-time, and possess an infectious and approachable demeanor; • Experience in the gaming industry or at least a seasoned gamer, with a focus on communities and an understanding of their role; • Strong ability to handle pressure and self-regulate emotions; • Experience in community management; • Experience in Web3
