Responsibilities 1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and COO 2. Support all aspects of daily work routine 3. Maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 4. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs 5. Prepare supporting documents and presentations for business discussions if required 6. Processing of expense claims and reports 7. Meeting minutes during internal meetings and follow-up with relevant parties for the next course of action 8. Handles personal tasks for the CEO and COO and their family 9. Miscellaneous tasks to support the administrative operations of the company from different departments
