产品经理

岗位职责 •Web3钱包和DID等产品相关工作，包括用户研究，挖掘用户需求，可行性分析等 •产出产品路线图、产品原型、产品功能设计，产品需求说明书等文档 •调研和分析行业、目标客户及竞争环境，研究和制定产品策略 •产品上线运营的组织、数据量化分析、运营方案的设计与执行 •关注竞品和用户的反馈，合理利用数据进行准确分析，确定问题并提供对应的产品方案改进产品 What you will do •Web3 wallet and DID product-related work, including user research, user demand mining, feasibility analysis, etc. •Product roadmap, product prototype, product function design, product requirement specification and other documents •Research and analyze industry, target customers and competitive environment, research and develop product strategy •Organization of on-line operation of products, quantitative analysis of data, design and execution of operation plan •Pay attention to feedback from competitors and users, make accurate analysis with reasonable data, identify problems and provide corresponding product solutions to improve products 岗位技能要求 •本科及以上，2年-6年产品经验，拥有区块链钱包、互联网C端、工具类相关业务产品经验者优先 •了解web3行业产品架构，对区块链钱包领域业态现状和未来发展有自己的理解 •具备优秀逻辑思维能力和创新能力，擅长创新业务的流程梳理、需求分析和终端产品化 •拥有清晰的产品设计思路，掌握各种原型设计、流程设计工具 •具备结果导向思维，学习能力强，执行力强，责任心强，具备优秀的团队精神和自我管理能力 •较强的英文沟通能力，优先考虑具备商务中英文能力的候选人 Your skills and experience •Bachelor’s degree or above, 2-6 years product experience, experience in blockchain wallet, Internet 2C, tool-type related business products is preferred •Understand the product architecture of web3 industry, and have own understanding of the current situation and future development of blockchain wallet field •Excellent logical thinking and innovation ability, good at innovation business process analysis, requirements analysis and end product •Good at clear product design thinking and master various prototyping tools (Axure, Visio etc.) •Results-oriented thinking, strong learning ability, strong executive force and strong sense of responsibility, good at team spirit and self-management •Strong communication in English and Chinese in business level is a big plus
