Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of offline events and trade shows, ensuring smooth operation and achievement of expected goals.
Manage event budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Market Promotion:
Develop market promotion plans to enhance the visibility and exposure of products across various platforms and channels.
Utilize diverse marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market influence.
Market Collaboration:
Actively seek and establish relationships with partners to drive market collaboration and co-branded activities.
Maintain existing partnerships to maximize collaboration effectiveness.
Team Management:
Lead and guide the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor team members' progress.
Provide training and support to help team members enhance their professional skills.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, generate relevant reports, and propose improvement recommendations.
Adjust activity strategies based on market feedback to ensure continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or event management, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing team members.
Data-driven mindset with market analysis capabilities to make informed decisions.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
