UI/UX designer

CrossSpace is hiring UI/UX designers! Candidates should have at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with preference given to those with experience at well-known internet companies, and bonus points for familiarity with Web3 and basic knowledge of it. Responsible for the experience design of platform service products, mainly on the Web end, able to deeply integrate into the business, output high-quality design solutions, and collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the final design quality. 2. Follow interface design styles and standards, including interface space, interface icons, interaction design, product logic, development principles, and other norms and standards. 3. Able to deliver complete UX design drafts, and collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the final design quality. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in visual communication, interaction/industrial design, graphic design, multimedia design, or related fields preferred. 2. At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with preference given to those with experience at well-known internet companies. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Origami, Principle, Adobe, and other design software. 3. Able to self-drive and discover innovative design points for product experience, and propose excellent solutions to promote the implementation of design plans. 4. Pay attention to the design trends in Web3 and gaming industries, have unique product design thinking, and enhance the professionalism and aesthetics of products. 5. Strong empathy for user experience, have innovative ideas, be proactive in feedback and communication, and think critically.
