Work from anywhere in theU.S., as long as you can work together with stakeholders overseas and maintain effective cross-functional relationships in a remote environment. About the Role: Our ideal candidate knows how to expand into theNorthAmerica market and understands the ins and outs of strategic planning process. Have strong big￾picture thinking, project management and analytical skills. You thrive in a fast paced environmentthattakes the initiative on tasks and challenges instead of procrastinating on them. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: 1. Build, grow, and lead overseas offline retail channel system, including channel development, channel negotiation and relationship maintenance,and be responsible for channel sales targets. 2. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company; develop strategies forNorthAmerica market sales and distribution channels. 3. Research and analyze customer needs and market opportunities, analyze the competitive dynamics ofthe industry (identify gaps in the market, uncover market trends, collect customer feedback, etc.) and collect data to turn into desired results for business improvement and presentto internalteams. 4. Close new business deals by identifying new internal and external opportunities and relationships that drive revenue Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of overseas market development and operation experience, familiar withUS offline retail channels and agency resources, with channel development experience from 0 to 1 is preferred; 2. Work experience in eCommerce, fashion or the consumer goods sector is preferred; strong passion for marketing and familiar with technology and platforms used in your field 3. Have excellent strategic planning skills; and project management skills 4. Strong XFNcommunication skills; able to work with teams across differenttime zones; willing to work remotely and independently. Has a strong drive to achievegoals, manage time effectively and can work well under pressure when needed 5. English is used as a working language
