**About The Role** We're building a groundbreaking NFT marketplace, and we‘re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Product thinker and doer. You’ll work closely with our engineers to prioritize, spec and build new products and features. You need to have a solid technical background, uncanny attention to detail and a sound judgment. **What You’ll Do** - Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth - Write product documents and roadmaps - Closely work with engineers to create product specs - Be the key collaborator who runs our product development engine - Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly **What You’ll Need** - User focused and growth mindset - Extensive experience in products at scale (to millions of users at least) - Proficient in data analysis, user research, product design - Proficient in agile project management, familiar with Jira and Notion. - Strong interest in Crypto/blockchain space - Experience in DeFi or other blockchain related product development is a plus **What's In It For You** - Competitive salary - Hybrid / remote working - Flexible working schedule If you are passionate about technology,we would love to hear from you!
