Job Description
视频策划经理
工作职责：
1、负责公司官方渠道产品视频、品牌视频的内容策划与生产。
2、负责重点视频项目的整体策划与执行，有独立策划品牌推广方案的能力。
3、负责海外视频渠道（以YouTube为主）的中文账号视频内容的策划及脚本撰写
4、对Web3行业热点能够快速反应，第一时间开展内容策划，并带来相应可数据量化的结果，包括但不限于内外各个渠道对访问数据和用户互动数据等。
5、定期策划事件营销和内容运营活动，不断提升公司在视频渠道影响力。
任职要求：
1、编导、新闻、传播、广告等相关专业，本科以上学历，丰富内容视频策划相关工作经验。
2、具有优秀的创意能力和策划思考能力。
3、英语能力强，能流利阅读和沟通，能够听译英文视频。
4、对视频内容有自己独到的理解和制作经验，拥有一定Web3行业知识。
5、对Youtube、Tiktok等海外视频渠道有过运营经验优先。
加分项：
1、视频策划能力，脚本撰写能力，中英双语工作为加分项；
2、服务过web3行业案例，或者互联网金融、电子商务；
3、有一定的后期剪辑能力。
