Job Description
产品策划与运营
1. 三年及以上互联网C端产品相关工作经验。可独立牵头进行业务需求分析、竞品调研，输出PRD & 产品原型设计，跟进UI交互及开发进度；
2. 可以全局性设计产品架构并分阶段按照资源分配推进，把握整体进度；
3. 对互联网产品设计有热情。喜欢从用户体验出发钻研产品设计，不断发掘市场竞品并应用于产品迭代；
4. 通过理解和洞察用户需求，设计和打磨功能与体验，并根据用户反馈与数据效果，不断调优；
5. 加分项：探索新技术在Web3.0场景的结合和应用。学习或接触过区块链应用场景（钱包、NFT、dApp产品设计）及实际项目运营经验；
6. 强自驱力，有责任心，抗压能力强；良好沟通协作能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力、洞察力和数据分析能力。
