Job Description
# Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, test and maintain web app frontend and backend features
2. Lead the development team and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
3. Drive product roadmap creation and execution
4. Help the team to grow and set high standard for the business as we scale
# 职责
1. 负责统筹、协调产品的Web前端和后端研发工作；
2. 推动产品路线规划和执行、技术难点的攻坚；
3. 制定和落实团队的业务规划和技术规划；
4. 对团队产出的质量、效率负责
# Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Experience recruiting and managing technical teams
- Strong full stack versatility with modern JavaScript, React, CSS, Java, Spring
- Understanding of cloud technologies of AWS
- Experience with Agile development lifecycle methodology
- Basic knowledge of blockchain and smart contract
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized and self-sufficient
