Platform Product Manager

Job Overview: Part of the Business focus organization, The Platform Product Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the development of cryptocurrency-related products. The main responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing user needs, developing product roadmaps, creating product specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Job responsibilities: ● Stay updated on product research, product developments, and feature changes, ensuring the platform always remains compliant. deliver high quality product requirement documents, conduct market research and analysis, and monitor critical metrics, feedback, and user experience to improve product features and functionality continuously. ● Responsible for product life cycle and progress control, ensuring quality and outcomes. ● Works closely with design and engineering to ensure products are delivered on time and as specified. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in financial product-related fields, with experience in private banking-related products preferred. ● Familiarity with the product logic and design frameworks of trading and common financial products, able to independently complete related functional module designs. ● Clear thinking, with the ability to abstract complex platform product requirements and produce high-quality documentation. ● Good market insight and high sensitivity to industry development. ● Strong English skills and overseas work or project background are preferred. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ● Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to derivatives trading and financial products.
