Job Description: BD/KOL (Business Development / Key Opinion Leader) operations support Channel campaign planning, setup, and data analysis Other general operations support tasks Opening agency accounts (including basic design/visuals) Reviewing and approving high-ratio agency applications Assigning user ownership/attribution Handling payment applications (pre-payment, post-payment, reimbursements) Configuring API rebate/commission settings Opening demo/simulation accounts Whitelisting internal accounts Setting special fee rates Publishing announcements Data整理 and other related tasks Job Requirements: Fast learner, able to pick things up quickly Detail-oriented and flexible, with clear logic, strong execution, and responsive communication; experience in channel-related operations preferred Proficient in English KPI BD Business Support Ensure all ad-hoc tasks (rebate/commission adjustments, new joiner onboarding, etc.) are completed before the deadline, with 100% on-time completion. Ensure timely communication in cross-functional collaborations (with Product, Design, BD, etc.), achieving a 100% response rate. KOL Channel Operations Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of daily/weekly report data consolidation. Achieve at least 80% of KOL KPI assessment targets. Ensure 100% on-time planning and delivery of customized weekly channel campaigns. Routine Operations Management Track campaign data, complete post-campaign reviews, and distribute rewards for each campaign on time. Ensure all ad-hoc tasks are 100% completed before their deadlines.
