Job Description

HR Specialist HashKey Group is Asia’s leading end-to-end digital asset management and finance house. Headquartered in Hong Kong and with operations in Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo, HashKey Group empowers institutional investors to capture high-potential investment opportunities in digital assets and blockchain technology. The company’s core businesses include an SFC to-be-licensed digital asset exchange, a full-service brokerage platform, an institutional-grade custody service and a venture capital fund invested in blockchain companies and digital asset projects globally. This role is located at our Singapore office to support a team of 20 colleagues, working closely with our Hong Kong and/or Shanghai offices for HR and office administration agendas. 【Job Duties and Responsibilities】 Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Collaborate with the HR lead to establish an effective HR framework, develop a talent strategy, and cultivate a winning culture. • Work closely with the HR teams in Hong Kong and/or Shanghai to support HashKey Capital's global talent and teams. This includes managing recruitment processes, talent development initiatives, and providing basic HR on-site services such as onboarding/offboarding formalities, staff orientation, visa sponsorship, work pass application, and preparation of HR-related documents. • Providing Admin and HR support for daily operations at the Capital Office • Manage HR vendors, including recruitment agencies, training and development providers, compensation and benefits and other service providers, etc. • Collaborating with other teams in Group (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretary etc as required • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. 【Job Requirements】 • Bachelor degree as minimum and ideally have master degree. • Minimum of 5 years or above HR and Office Administration working experience, preferable in financial or web 3 companies. • Positive working attitude & be a team player. Good communication skills
